Yes, this is a Dacia Sandero.
Like all Dacias, it’s available only with one of these:
Dacia have decided that given the lack of potential demand all their cars, whether the Sandero or anything else, are to be made as manuals only and are going to remain that way. They can therefore reduce their production costs by not spending money providing an option which few buy.
It may be realised from this that Dacia don’t sell in North America or Japan.

Not as popular as in America, but certainly a large majority.

MORE popular than in the US... over 90% of cars are automatics here. (source goo, by doing a search of all cars with a manual and with an auto).
It’s quite insane really, definitly a lot worse than in the US.
